*CAREFUL or you might get run over by a man charging through the streets on the back of a Tauros with thunder crackling from his hands. And yet, he seems to be, in his own way, methodically testing his new capabilities in terms of the materials he's zapping - rarely with enough force to do any harm, though.

... I don't think I know enough about lancers to figure out a different use for that kind of spearman.

And what shall you do when there is no sword at hand but a trusty spear? Even the greatest swordsman must be wary of overspecializing!

And who will triumph? A master swordsman desperately improvising with a spear? Or a lesser swordsman who has practiced with other armaments?

Mmmm... The one with more natural talent in weapons in general? Just because the less talented swordsman has practice doesn't mean he's good with it...

It's true that strength at arms is its own virtue. But consider all else as equal - even the most innate of talents will atrophy without constant practice.

Ah, well... That's a bit different! I don't need an actual weapon to defend her on a day to day basis... My own body is enough during those times.

And hey now... That might work back in the day when swords were carried by those guards in cities of old, but in modern times that's not such a simple task...

... the latter is always more dangerous than the once the former though.
